Three one-hour yoga experiences for all levels. During this class we will move through yoga poses that challenge your strength, balance, flexibility and end with relaxation. We will use the tabata method of 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest. This is not your typical yoga class! Please bring a mat and water.
