Join Merrimack Parks and Recreation for the seventh annual Naticook Challenge Obstacle Course Race.
The course is a 5k distance and includes 8 or more beginner to intermediate level obstacles. There are obstacle bypass exercises available if unable to complete an obstacle. Racers will be on a mix of trails and varied terrain with rapid elevation change as they complete approximately 5 kilometers.
This course is perfect for both those who have never run an Obstacle Course Race before, and also veterans of OCR who are looking to get out and have some fun.
Start wave times are assigned based on age group and are as follows: TBD
Please plan arrive 30 minutes before your start time to check in and get your race bib. For any questions please call Program Coordinator James Golisano at 603-420-1664.
The first 185 registered participants will receive an official Naticook Challenge Runners T-Shirt. All registered participants will earn a completion medal. Limited sizes available at this time.
Participants 8 to 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
